How do I personalize my candle?
During checkout, you'll see a text box to add your custom message, name, or design request. Need something special? Email us at candlecare@glowworthymoments.com before ordering!
Can I see a proof before my candle is made?
Due to high order volume, we don't send proofs—but we carefully follow all customization details you provide.
What's your turnaround time?
Most orders ship within 2-6 business days after ordering.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
- U.S. Orders: 3-5 business days after shipping
- International: 10-30+ business days (varies by country)
Can I track my order?
Yes! You'll get a tracking number via email when your order ships.
My tracking hasn't updated—what should I do?
Some carriers (especially international) scan in bulk. Wait 2-3 days, then check again. Still nothing? Email us!
What if my package says "delivered" but I don't have it?
- Check with neighbors/household members
- Contact your local post office
- For USPS: File a Missing Mail Search
Returns & Issues
Can I return or exchange my candle?
Since all items are personalized, we don't accept returns unless damaged. See our Return Policy.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
Email photos of the damage to candlecare@glowworthymoments.com within 48 hours, and we'll make it right!
I entered the wrong address—can you fix it?
Contact us within 1 hour of ordering. After that, changes can't be guaranteed.

How long do your candles burn?
Our 9oz candles burn ~50 hours
4oz ~20 hours
13.75oz ~70-80 hours (varies by use).
How should I care for my candle?
- First burn: Let wax melt fully across the top (3-4 hours)
- Trim wicks to 1/4" before each use
- Never leave burning candles unattended

Are your candles pet-friendly?
Our soy-blend wax is non-toxic, but keep candles away from pets (just like you would with any open flame).
International Orders
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! Delivery times vary by country (typically 10-30+ business days).
Will I owe customs fees?
Possibly—these fees are the customer's responsibility and vary by country.
